An advisor, investor, lawyer, accountant, entrepreneur and company director, Anthony specialises in strategy, governance, innovation, growth initiatives, corporate law, and corporate culture.

As an experienced CEO, operator and business owner with qualifications in accounting, law, management, corporate governance and continuous improvement, Anthony brings a commercial, analytical and inquisitive perspective to organisational growth, financial discipline, risk, innovation, ESG and strategy execution.

Anthony’s career has spanned diverse sectors including professional services (accounting, law, PE/VC, M&A, marketing), industrials, technology, sport and agriculture in APAC and the UK.

Anthony has worked at White Perry CPAs (now Thompson Partners), McInnes Wilson Lawyers, the PGA Tour, the Peabody Family Office and Transpacific Industries Group Ltd in legal, finance, strategy, systems, sales and marketing.

In 2014, Anthony founded Lexvoco which became one of APAC’s leading legal, risk and compliance tech, marketplace and advisory businesses. Lexvoco grew to 100+ staff in New Zealand, Australia, Singapore and Japan. Lexvoco was sold to Bowmark Capital in the UK in 2019.

His Board and Non-Executive Director experience includes CPA Australia, one of the world’s leading accounting organisations, Metron Global (measurement systems), which is a JV between Ausroad Group and The University of Queensland, and Rugby Victoria. Anthony is on various startup Advisory Boards as well. Previously, he was a NED at biotech, Wellfully Ltd.

In addition to gsd.so, Anthony is a General Partner at Aruma Capital and is an Entrepreneur in Residence at the Wade Institute at The University of Melbourne.

Anthony’s qualifications and studies include: Bachelor of Business (Accountancy); Bachelor of Laws; Master of Laws (Corporate Law); MBA (University of NSW/AGSM); GAICD; VC Catalyst (Wade Institute); VC and Startups (Insead); Lean Six Sigma (Green); and admitted as a Solicitor in Australia and a Solicitor and Barrister in New Zealand.
